Australia’s electricity market is being disrupted in the coming years. The driving force for this change is that Australia has 7000 megawatt of oversupply in the wholesale electricity market and Australia needs another 5500 megawatt of new renewable energy generation to achieve its 2020 renewable energy target. This is going to cause enormous oversupply.
